Regular physical activity and exercise is of great importance for children and young people. From reducing risk of contracting major illnesses to improving their mental health, giving them a better outlook on life.
We believe that in the daily routine of a child/young person, physical activity should not just be limited to just 2 hours a week of PE at school.
It’s important for children/young people to find activities they enjoy. This way your child will not find the exercise a chore and they are more likely to stick at it.
With this in mind, Fit 4 Future Foundation have created a YouTube channel ‘Coach Segun’s PE lessons’ as an easy to access platform, for children and young people to exercise and keep active more regularly, through tailored videos which are fun and engaging.
